Cafeteria/ Flexible Spending Plans

Given plans are sponsored by your employer within the benefits package.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

This plan allows the policyholder to honor current medical fees while saving up for future ones. This flexible coverage can extend to cover medical retirement fees.

Indemnity Health Plans

Permits you to select your health care providers. You may get treatments with any doctor or any clinic within a specified monthly premium.

High-Deductible Health Plans (HDHP)

This coverage covers the most expensive health plans where the deductible meets a minimum of $1,000 for an individual and $2,000 for a family.

Essential Health Plans

Provides limited health insurance at a decreased cost. The plan covers general health care but would not cover cancer treatment or specific maternity care.

Managed Care Options
Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs)

This coverage involves an extensive network of physicians and healthcare providers. You select the doctor of choice belonging to an HMO network and benefit from a cheaper co-pay.

Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)

The medical staff is paid by the policyholder on a regular discounted basis within the PPO network.

Point-of-Service (POS)

This plan consists of doctors’ referrals within the POS network. Such a referral covers the entire medical cost or the majority of the cost.
